District of Columbia Government - $250 Million Master Lease
Through our continued partnership with the District, we successfully negotiated a new $250 Million Master Equipment Lease Program for capital equipment in August of 2010. This Master Equipment Lease is our third financing program with the District of Columbia. As a value-added leasing partner, Grant Capital will continue to assist the Treasurer's Office by being the single point of contact for title issues, invoicing, Master Lease Program funding reconciliations, questions regarding essentiality of equipment and any other matters that involve the Master Lease Program.
